Our state-of-the-art production facility, staffed by over 200 skilled employees and 10 senior technical engineers, has reached a significant milestone. Leveraging our 12 specialized workshops, including automated fuel dispenser assembly and CNC deep polishing lines, we now boast an annual production capacity of over 300,000 fuel nozzles and 5,000 fuel dispensers. This achievement is powered by our robust in-house machining capabilities, featuring 52 CNC precision machining centers and 10 high-pressure die-casting machines, allowing us to fulfill large-volume orders with exceptional speed and precision.

The scale and sophistication of our manufacturing operations are further demonstrated by our comprehensive equipment lineup. We maintain 6 low-pressure die-casting machines, 4 gravity casting machines, 6 specialized CNC units, and 2 laser engraving machines, all working in concert to produce components with tight tolerances and superior surface finishes. Our automated fuel dispenser assembly line integrates seamlessly with our independently developed control panels and chips, with an annual output of 15,000 sets, showcasing our vertical integration capabilities.

Beyond fuel dispensing equipment, our production lines also manufacture over 30,000 sets of safety parts for sanitation and liquid tanker vehicles annually.
