DESEINOR's commitment to vertical integration has positioned us as one of the most self-reliant manufacturers in the fluid handling industry. From casting and forging to CNC machining, surface treatment, assembly, and testing, we control every critical stage of the production process within our own facility. This comprehensive in-house capability not only ensures consistent quality but also shields our customers from supply chain disruptions that commonly affect manufacturers dependent on external suppliers.
Our foundry operations include 10 high-pressure die-casting machines, 6 low-pressure die-casting machines, and 4 gravity casting machines, allowing us to produce complex components with precise metallurgical properties. These castings then move to our 52 CNC precision machining centers for final dimensioning, achieving tolerances that meet or exceed international standards. The entire process is monitored by our quality control team, which conducts in-process inspections at every stage to identify and correct any deviations before they become defects.
This vertical integration strategy has proven especially valuable during periods of global supply chain volatility.
