GY801K-500F3 stainless steel clamp fuel tanker manhole cover made of 304/316L. 8-jaw quick self-locking double cover with pressure relief, anti-overflow and sampling for oil, chemical and food liquid tanks.
Designed for fuel tank trucks, chemical liquid tankers and corrosive medium storage tanks. Installed on tank manhole seat ring, it is the core safety component on tank tops.
Main body: 304 / 316L stainless steel; all clamps and lock fittings stainless steel. Acid & alkali resistant with superior anti-corrosion performance, fit for strong corrosive chemical liquids.
8-jaw quick-release clamp, single/double cover (outer main cover + inner inspection cover) optional. Equipped with safety self-lock and integrated sealing gasket, portable handle for fast opening. Precision machined flange surface provides stable compression sealing.
For tank inspection and medium loading & unloading. Detachable inner cover for breathing, pressure relief, liquid level testing and sampling. Integrated emergency pressure relief and anti-overflow device to protect tank pressure safety.
