GY801K-500S1A1F1 stainless steel clamp fuel tanker manhole cover in 304/316L. 8-jaw quick clamp with self-lock, double cover design, supports sampling, pressure relief & anti-overflow for oil, chemical and food liquid tanks.
Suitable for fuel tank trucks, chemical liquid tankers and storage tanks storing corrosive media. Installed directly on the tank manhole seat ring, serving as the core safety component on tank tops.
Main body: 304 / 316L stainless steel; clamps and locking parts all stainless steel. Acid & alkali resistant with superior anti-corrosion performance, perfectly matched for highly corrosive chemical medium transport and storage.
Adopts 8-jaw quick-release clamp structure, single cover / double cover (outer main cover + inner small inspection cover) optional. Equipped with safety self-locking device and built-in sealing gasket, portable hand grip for quick opening. High-precision machined flange sealing surface ensures stable and tight compression sealing.
Used for tank access inspection, medium filling and unloading. The inner small cover can be opened separately for pressure breathing, pressure relief, liquid level gauging and sampling. Integrated emergency pressure relief and anti-overflow structure to control tank internal pressure safely.
