GY801K-500S2A2F2 stainless steel clamp fuel tanker manhole cover made of 304/316L. 8-jaw quick lock double cover design with pressure relief, anti-overflow, sampling function for oil, chemical and food liquid tanks.
Suitable for fuel tank trucks, chemical liquid tankers and storage tanks carrying corrosive media. Installed directly on the tank manhole seat ring, it is the key safety fitting on tank tops.
Main body: 304 / 316L stainless steel; all clamps and locking parts stainless steel. Acid & alkali resistant with outstanding anti-corrosion property, suitable for severe corrosive chemical media.
8-jaw quick-release clamp structure, single cover or double cover (outer main cover + inner inspection cover) optional. Comes with safety self-locking device and integral sealing gasket, portable handle for rapid opening. Precision machined flange sealing surface provides stable compression sealing performance.
For tank inspection and medium loading & unloading. Independent openable inner cover for breathing, pressure relief, level measuring and sampling. Built-in emergency pressure relief and anti-overflow structure to stabilize tank internal pressure.
