Stainless Steel Clamp-Type Manhole Cover

Suitable for fuel tank trucks, chemical liquid tankers and storage tanks with corrosive media. It is installed directly on the tank manhole seat ring, serving as the core safety part on the tank top.

Material

Main body: 304 / 316L stainless steel; clamps and locking parts all stainless steel. Acid and alkali resistant with great corrosion resistance, perfectly fit for highly corrosive chemical media.

Structure

8-jaw quick-release clamp structure, single cover or double cover (outer main cover + inner inspection cover) optional. Equipped with safety self-locking structure and integrated sealing gasket, portable handle for quick opening. Precision machined flange sealing surface ensures stable and tight sealing after compression.

Function & Application

Used for tank inspection and medium loading & unloading. The inner small cover can be opened separately for breathing, pressure relief, liquid level measurement and sampling. Built-in emergency pressure relief and anti-overflow protection to keep tank internal pressure safe.

All kinds of corrosive chemical liquids, solvents, food-grade liquids, diesel, gasoline, kerosene and other refined oils.
