It adopts a double-valve interlocked dry-break structure; both male and female ends seal automatically upon disconnection for zero leakage. Built-in ball valve safety interlock prevents valve opening before full connection and disassembly before valve closure to eliminate liquid leakage from misoperation.Forged from 304/316 stainless steel, it resists corrosion from ethylene glycol coolant and deionized water.
Optimized full-flow bore reduces pressure drop for smooth medium flow, suitable for closed-loop cooling circuits. Available in 1", 1.5" and 2" sizes for frequently serviced cooling loops, protecting circuit boards and battery modules from coolant leakage.
