Casing Design: Constructed with a high-strength carbon steel casing, it features an orange anti-corrosion coating on the surface, offering impact and corrosion resistance to adapt to harsh conditions such as mining and engineering machinery. The flange/tube interface design ensures easy installation and compatibility with various pipeline layouts.
Filter Core: Equipped with a high-precision filter element (available in materials such as fiberglass, paper, and metal mesh) with filtration accuracy ranging from 160 to 500 mesh (100 to 550 microns), or multi-stage filtration accuracy from 1 to 30 microns as per requirements. It physically intercepts impurities while maintaining low flow resistance to avoid excessive system pressure loss, with a maximum flow rate of 150 L/min to 610 L/min.
Safety Protection: Standardly equipped with a bypass valve and a clogging signal device (optional). When the filter element becomes clogged and the pressure differential reaches the set value, the bypass valve automatically opens to ensure continuous system operation.
