DESEINOR Stainless Steel Pneumatic Bottom Valve (Tank Bottom Emergency Shut-off Valve) is installed at the bottom of storage tanks. As a safety shut-off valve, it is opened and closed by air supply and can rapidly close under emergency working conditions to block medium outflow. It is widely used for safety protection at the bottom of storage tanks, skid-mounted units and tank trucks containing light hydrocarbons such as C5 and C8, as well as refined oil, complying with oil & gas specifications including GB50156.
The valve body is made of stainless steel with good corrosion resistance to hydrocarbon media. It is equipped with a pneumatic actuator and spring emergency reset structure. The valve opens under normal air supply and automatically closes upon air loss or in emergency status. A manual emergency operating mechanism can be configured additionally.
