DSSY-H100P Stainless Steel Bottom Valve under DESEINOR products is a core safety component installed at the bottom of chemical tank trucks, tank containers and oil tankers, which ensures safe and efficient discharge of media.This emergency shut-off
valve is specially designed for chemical corrosive liquid applications, featuring excellent flow capacity and fast response
performance in emergency scenarios.
This product series features an internally fully-coated structure made of PTFE material, making it compatible with a wide
range of media—including corrosive liquids, low-temperature gases, biodiesel, gasoline, ethanol, and methanol. Equipped
with chemical-resistant seals, it significantly enhances media compatibility and durability.
This bottom valve is built-in with a shear groove structure, whose design and testing fully comply with the standards of U.S.
Federal Regulation 49CFR178.345-8 and the Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by
Road (ADR).In the event of a vehicle collision, the valve body will separate along the shear groove while maintaining a tight
seal with the tank flange, preventing medium leakage and protecting the integrity of the valve mechanism inside the tank.
