DSSY-4800SS Stainless Steel Subsea Valve is a core safety shut-off component installed at the bottom of tank trucks, skid-mounted refueling devices and storage tanks. Constructed entirely from 316 stainless steel, it features excellent corrosion resistance and is suitable for various fluid working conditions such as gasoline, diesel, alcohols and chemical media.
Equipped with a pneumatic actuator, the valve can be opened and closed by air supply to realize rapid remote shut-off. It has a built-in flexible dust-proof bellows structure that effectively protects the internal transmission assembly, isolates medium dust and moisture, and ensures stable long-term operation of the mechanism.
The valve disc adopts a flat sealing structure with reliable sealing performance and emergency shut-off function. It can close quickly in case of sudden pipeline pulling or unexpected faults to block medium leakage, complying with safety specifications for oil and gas storage and transportation.
With flange connection for easy installation, it is suitable for mounting at the bottom of various pressure-bearing storage tanks and tank trucks. Widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, new energy refueling and other fields, it can be matched with skid-mounted stations and oil tank storage & transportation systems. OEM customization is available, and it can meet export certification requirements such as CE and SABER.
