The automatic tire inflator is a column-style inflation system designed for use at fuel stations, service centers, and fleet facilities. It provides fast and accurate inflation and deflation of vehicle tires, helping maintain optimal tire pressure for safety, efficiency, and performance.
Our tire inflator features a simple and compact design, requiring only minimal installation space, ideally fixed in a ventilated location, at least 0.5 meters from any wall, using the included expansion bolts. Once connected to power and activated via the side-mounted power switch, the device is ready for operation.
Users can easily set the desired tire pressure using the [+] or [–] keys. After attaching the air hose to the tire valve (minimum pressure: 12 PSI), the unit automatically inflates or deflates the tire until it reaches the target pressure. Once completed, the system beeps and displays “END” on the digital screen, indicating that the process is finished. This tire inflator system supports hands-free operation, making it ideal for high-traffic environments where speed and accuracy matter.
