This integrated vapor recovery valve adopts an all-in-one integrated structure that combines a vapor recovery valve and a side plate vent valve, abandoning the traditional separate dual-valve structure. The whole valve is precisely cast with stainless steel, specially designed for the vapor recovery pipeline on the top of fuel tankers and liquid chemical tankers, and fully complies with European tank vehicle vapor control standards.
Core Dual Integrated Functions
It integrates vapor recovery and side plate pressure relief and ventilation functions in one unit. During fuel loading and unloading with connected vapor recovery couplings, the valve automatically switches to the vapor recovery channel to realize fully sealed recovery of tank internal vapor. When disconnected from the recovery pipeline, the side plate vent function works automatically to balance the internal and external pressure of the tanker tank, effectively avoiding tank negative pressure collapse and overpressure rupture risks.
Dual Control Mode (Pneumatic + Manual Emergency)
Equipped with a blue pneumatic control pipeline, the valve can realize automatic opening and closing linkage with the vehicle’s pneumatic system. A red manual emergency button is configured for emergency manual operation in case of air supply failure, comprehensively guaranteeing the safety and stability of on-site operation.
Structural Advantages
It adopts bottom flange fixing and top quick coupling pipeline connection. The integrated design greatly reduces flange connection points, effectively lowering medium leakage risks. The optimized internal flow channel structure realizes large ventilation flow and low flow resistance, improving the overall working efficiency of the vapor recovery system.
Material & Sealing Performance
The valve body is made of 304/316 stainless steel, which resists corrosion from gasoline, diesel and various chemical media. Optional FKM/FFKM fluoroelastomer seals are available, with excellent oil resistance, aging resistance and high and low temperature resistance, meeting the explosion-proof and sealing requirements of hazardous goods transportation.
Application Scenarios & Compliance
Widely applicable to vapor recovery systems on the top of fuel tankers and chemical liquid tankers. It conforms to GB 50156 and ADR hazardous goods transportation regulations, supporting full-process fully enclosed vapor control for oil loading and unloading, and effectively reducing VOC emissions.
