The light-emitting element of the DESEINOR optical anti-spill probe rod emits a light source. Due to the different densities of air and liquid, their refractive indices also differ. When the light source does not encounter liquid, it reflects back along the original path, and the probe rod receiving the returned light source considers it normal. When the light source encounters liquid, it is refracted out due to the change in density. The probe rod's sensor cannot receive the reflected light, and the processing system then determines that the liquid has reached the alarm level, subsequently sending a signal to the anti-spill control system to stop fuel supply. Overall, it features an intrinsic safety design, suitable for dangerous environments such as flammable and explosive areas. Most of them adopt a fully digital circuit design, with strong anti-interference capability and a wide input voltage range. Some probe rods have adjustable liquid level detection, making it convenient for users to set the alarm level according to actual needs. In addition, the housing is generally made of die-cast aluminum alloy, providing explosion-proof and corrosion-resistant properties.
