DESEINOR GY1002A Self-Checking Overfill Prevention & Static Grounding Socket Product Introduction The GY1002A Self-Checking Socket is a core safety component developed by DESEINOR (Xuzhou Desheng Petroleum Machinery) for bottom-loading operations on tank trucks. It serves as the connection interface for the overfill prevention and static grounding system, ensuring safe and compliant fuel loading/unloading processes.   
Core Functions
1. Overfill Prevention MonitoringIt connects to multiple overfill probes in the tank, continuously monitoring the liquid level. When the high-level limit is reached, it sends an immediate signal to the terminal’s control system to shut down the loading process and prevent product spillage.
2. Static Grounding VerificationThe socket verifies the integrity of the tank truck’s grounding path, ensuring static electricity is safely dissipated during loading/unloading to eliminate the risk of electrostatic sparks.
3. Built-in Self-Check & Status IndicationThe integrated LED panel provides real-time visual feedback of system status (power, probe health, grounding status, and faults), allowing on-site operators to quickly diagnose issues without additional test equipment.

• Robust & Corrosion-Resistant Housing: High-strength engineering plastic body with metal fasteners, resistant to impact, chemicals, and extreme temperatures (-40°C to 100°C). 

• Protective Dust Cap: Includes a red, tethered dust cap to keep the contacts clean and protected from contamination when not in use.
