Product Overview

Quick-lock buckle quick-mount base with double-side spring quick-release buckles. No flanges, bolts or tools required; one person can complete disassembly, assembly and maintenance in only 3 seconds. Compatible with standard manhole mounting openings of tank trucks, enabling fast disassembly and assembly for maintenance or tank steaming operations.

Integrated explosion-proof wiring housing: All-stainless steel explosion-proof junction box fitted with dual waterproof cable glands, IP67 sealing grade and explosion-proof certification. Suitable for transportation scenarios of flammable and explosive media including gasoline, diesel, kerosene and light chemical oils. The housing is laser-engraved with the DESEINOR brand logo, featuring an integrated molding design with zero leakage risks.

Stainless steel measuring rod: The entire probe rod is made of 316 stainless steel with a built-in capacitive sensing core. Its seamless polished outer surface resists oil adhesion and corrosion. Slotted flow guide structure at the rod tip minimizes interference from foam and wall clinging to guarantee measurement accuracy.

Measuring principle – Capacitive liquid level sensing: The metal inner core of the probe serves as one electrode, and conductive oil inside the tank acts as the other electrode. Fluctuations in liquid level alter the capacitance difference, which is converted by a chip into accurate liquid level readings. Free of mechanical floats and wear parts, it delivers stable long-term performance.
