This series of high-performance stainless steel bottom valves supports two actuation modes: external exhaust control andmanual cable release, enabling flexible adaptation to various on-site operation requirements. The product is compatiblewitha wide range of media including corrosive liquids, low-temperature gases, biodiesel, gasoline, ethanol and methanol.Equipped with chemical-resistant seals, it effectively enhances the product's media compatibility anddurability.Safety and Compliance This bottom valve is built-in with a shear groove structure, whose design and testing fully comply with the standardsof U.S.Federal Regulation 49CFR178.345-8 and the Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous GoodsbyRoad (ADR).In the event of a vehicle collision, the valve body will separate along the shear groove while maintainingatightseal with the tank flange, preventing medium leakage and protecting the integrity of the valve mechanisminsidethetank.
1. Operating Pressure - For crude oil applications, the valve opens at a minimum line pressure of 70 psi (4.83 bar) to counteract atankpressureof 35 psi (2.41 bar). - For refined petroleum applications, the valve requires a minimum line pressure of 30 psi (2.06 bar).
