Installed on the API bottom loading adapters and vapor recovery adapters for petroleum transport interlock needs

The air interlock valve is installed on API bottom loading adapters and vapor recovery couplers to support interlock control in fuel tanker pneumatic systems. It ensures coordinated valve operation during loading, vapor recovery, and emergency shutdown procedures, forming a critical link between safety systems.
By integrating with the pneumatic control block, the tank truck valve allows synchronized control between the loading system and the vapor recovery interface. In case of emergency, pressing the interlock valve’s actuator immediately stops the air system, halting operations and reducing risk.
Built with fluororubber (FKM) seals and stainless steel internal components for long-lasting durability
Valve body formed from extruded aluminum, offering high strength and light weight
Treated with a hard anodized surface for enhanced wear and corrosion resistance
Features a sealed closed-loop breathing structure, eliminating the need for vent holes and preventing the ingress of moisture or contaminants
