1. Product Application

 This multi-circuit centralized pneumatic control switch is a dedicated spare part for fuel tankers and oil transport trucks. It centrally controls the opening and closing of subsea emergency shut-off valves, vapor recovery valves, side compartment vent valves and unloading pneumatic valves on multi-compartment tank trucks via pneumatic power. A single-hand operation enables synchronous control of multiple air circuits, widely compatible with diesel/gasoline tank transport vehicles, tankers and refueling trucks.

2. Structure & Technical Specifications

1. Port Configuration: Five quick-connect air outlet ports at the valve bottom (suitable for Φ6/Φ8 PU pneumatic tubing). The central hole serves as the main air supply inlet, while the five peripheral ports deliver independent compressed air to respective compartment pneumatic actuator valves. The 3-section cylindrical valve body is an assembled split aluminum structure with a red end cap securing the spool assembly.
2. Operation Mode: Equipped with a mushroom-shaped push-pull knob at the top; pushing or pulling the knob switches air circuit status: push for air supply connection, pull for pressure relief and air cut-off. Based on 5/2-way directional control principle, one single handle manages five independent air circuits simultaneously.
3. Working Air Pressure: Rated operating pressure: 0.4~0.8MPa, matching the air supply from vehicle-mounted air compressors and complying with pneumatic system standards for hazardous chemical tank trucks.
4. Material: Valve body constructed from high-strength aerospace-grade aluminum alloy with fluororubber sealing components. Resistant to oil & fuel corrosion and shock/vibration, well suited for harsh driving conditions of tank trucks.
