Product Description
This model YJ106 pneumatic interlock control valve is specially designed for tank truck vapor recovery service, serving as a core safety component for tank truck oil unloading. It is compatible with multi-compartment hazardous material tankers for gasoline and diesel transportation.

1.  Working Principle: It features a 3/2-way valve construction with manual push actuation and spring automatic reset. The valve is pneumatically interlocked with the emergency shutoff valves at the tank bottom and vapor recovery couplings. The bottom unloading valve can only be opened after the tanker is properly connected to the depot’s vapor recovery pipeline with qualified air supply. This design realizes safety interlock between vapor recovery and oil unloading operations, preventing direct oil discharge without vapor recovery as well as oil spill accidents caused by accidental bottom-valve opening. 

2.  Material Specification: The valve body is available in two options: high-strength engineering plastic (black version) or die-cast aluminum alloy. The valve stem is made of brass while all connecting ports adopt nickel-plated brass. These materials deliver excellent oil and corrosion resistance to withstand harsh fuel transportation conditions. The integrated die-cast body ensures outstanding air tightness and vibration resistance against air leakage. 

3.  Installation Application: Mounted beside the manhole compartment and vapor recovery coupling on tank side, the valve is connected in series into the vehicle’s overall pneumatic control circuit. One valve controls the interlock of a single compartment, and multiple valves can be combined for multi-compartment tank trucks. 

4.  Safety Performance: Equipped with low-pressure self-locking protection, the valve stays locked and cannot unlock if air supply pressure drops below 0.2MPa. It automatically cuts off air supply and resets to lock the bottom valve upon pneumatic circuit leakage, fully complying with safety supervision codes for hazardous goods transportation.
