This pull-type pneumatic valve is exclusively designed for fuel & chemical liquid tank trucks, branded DESEINOR (Xuzhou Deseinor Petroleum Machinery) with model GY674. It remotely controls the opening and closing of the undercarriage emergency bottom shut-off valve, serving as standard safety fitting for hazardous liquid transport vehicles:
1. Normal Oil Loading & Unloading: Pull out the red knob to shift valve spool and feed compressed air into the bottom valve cylinder. Air pressure opens the bottom valve to enable regular oil delivery through discharge pipelines.
2. Emergency Shutoff Function: Push down the red knob to cut off air supply instantly and exhaust cylinder pressure. The bottom valve closes automatically via built-in spring, blocking the tank’s bottom discharge port to avoid liquid leakage. In case of vehicle collision or pipeline rupture, this one-button shutoff seals the tank to eliminate explosion hazards caused by leaked fuel or chemical liquids.
