Portable Emergency Fuel Pump Unit

The 510L portable emergency fuel pump unit is a type of mobile diesel fuel dispenser. It is designed to solve emergency refueling troubles for vehicles and engineering machinery in remote sites, off-road areas and locations far away from conventional gas stations.

Product Background

Fixed fuel dispensers at conventional gas stations are non‑portable. When vehicles run out of fuel while travelling on roads or operating in farmland and are far away from gas stations, emergency refueling becomes a tough problem. Although ordinary portable fuel cans can carry backup fuel, they are labor‑intensive to handle and require external connecting hoses for refueling, resulting in inconvenient operations.

For engineering machinery, vehicles with restricted access, or scenarios where vehicles cannot reach gas stations for refueling due to remote mountainous areas or blocked roads, fuel supply from tank trucks or self‑owned vehicles is required. Compact and portable fuel dispensers shall be fitted on fuel transport vehicles. This mobile diesel fuel dispenser is independently designed, developed and manufactured by Xuzhou Desheng Petrol Machine CO.,Ltd., to meet emergency diesel refueling demands in field and remote sites.

Main Components

• Oil Storage Tank Body: Sealed tank for diesel storage.

• Working Chamber: Cavity accommodating all refueling components.

• End Cover: Top cover for the working chamber, protecting internal parts against dust and water ingress.

• Handle: Fitted on both sides for easy transportation.

• Lock Assembly: Fastens the end cover, working with the hinge for opening and sealing.

• Hinge: Connects the end cover and working chamber for flip‑open operation.

• Oil Outlet: Oil discharge port of the storage tank.

• Oil Level Indicator: Shows real‑time diesel volume inside the tank.

• Air Vent Valve: Maintains pressure balance inside the oil storage tank body.

• Filter: Removes impurities from diesel fuel.

• Oil Pump: Draws diesel from the tank and provides power for fuel delivery.

• Battery Box: Houses the power‑supply battery to prevent battery shaking during transit. Equipped with heat‑dissipation holes, wiring holes and battery charging port, fitted with an upper cover.

• Digital Fuel Nozzle: Fuel outlet nozzle with metering display function. Can be clipped into the slot inside the working chamber for storage.

• Oil Filling Port: Inlet for refilling diesel into the storage tank.

• Positioning Ring: For winding and storing fuel hose to avoid hose tangling.

• Fuel Hose: Connects the oil pump and digital fuel nozzle for fuel transfer.

• Oil Delivery Pipe: Pipeline connecting the tank oil outlet to the oil pump.

• Power Switch: Main switch for battery power supply.

• Battery Capacity Gauge: Displays remaining battery power.

• Upper Cover: Mounted above the battery box, integrating power switch and battery capacity gauge.

Working Principle

Transport the mobile diesel fuel dispenser to the work site. Point the digital fuel nozzle toward the vehicle fuel tank and turn on the battery power switch. The oil pump draws diesel from the oil storage tank body. Diesel flows through filter and pipelines to the digital fuel nozzle. Pull the nozzle trigger to refuel, and the nozzle displays real‑time refueling volume. Release the trigger upon completion and turn off the power switch to cut off power supply to the oil pump. After use, wind the fuel hose around the positioning ring, clip the fuel nozzle into its slot, close and lock the end cover for storage.

Important Safety Notices

• This equipment is only for diesel. Gasoline and water are strictly prohibited.

• Keep away from ignition sources during operation.

• Cut off power and remove the battery after use. Battery charging directly on the unit is forbidden.

• Read the operation manual in full before use. Improper operation is not allowed. The manufacturer shall not be liable for any damage caused by unauthorized improper operation.
