Dry disconnect couplers provide fast, low-spill connections for LPG, petroleum, and chemical transfer. Stainless steel construction, multiple seal options, and threaded or flanged interfaces are available.

A dry disconnect coupling is a specialized hose coupling that automatically seals both the hose and fixed-piping sides when disconnected. The coupling is designed for fluid and gas transfer applications that require rapid connection and disconnection with minimal product loss and leakage.
Dry disconnect couplings are widely used in chemical, petroleum, and LPG loading and transfer systems where secure product containment is critical. They improve handling efficiency while reducing spills, contamination risks, and environmental impact.

Body materials: The standard body is built with 316 stainless steel, with selected models made from ASTM A351 CF8M cast 316 stainless steel. Customization options of aluminum alloy, brass, Hastelloy, titanium alloy, PVDF, and PEEK versions are available for special operating conditions.
Various seal options: Available sealing materials include PTFE, FKM, NBR, EPDM, and FFKM to suit different media and temperature requirements.
Tested vacuum performance: Selected configurations have been tested at vacuum levels up to 711 mmHg in any orientation, demonstrating leak-proof performance.
Long operating life: The dry disconnect couplers are designed for more than 500,000 opening and closing cycles.
Connection options: Threaded and flanged versions are available. Thread options include BSP and NPT in male or female configurations, while flange options can be supplied to ANSI, EN, TW, TTMA, and JIS standards for hose assemblies and tank equipment.
Safe, simple operation: Most configurations use a single-handle mechanism that combines locking, sealing, and disconnection. Additionally, the coupler is equipped with a mechanical interlock to prevent accidental opening during operation.
