DESEINOR Dry Disconnect Coupling
Body: Standard 316 stainless steel (ASTM A351 CF8M 316 stainless steel for partial models) with outstanding corrosion resistance. Custom materials including aluminum alloy, brass, Hastelloy, titanium alloy, PVDF and PEEK are available for special service conditions.
Seals: Optional PTFE, Viton FKM, NBR, EPDM, FFKM to match diverse conveyed media and temperature ranges.
Working Pressure: Standard max working pressure 10–25 bar. 1" model withstands up to 210 psi (~14.3 bar), 100 psi (~6.9 bar version optional; overall safety factor reaches 5:1.
Operating Temperature: -7℃ to +110℃ with PTFE seals; some FKM seals resist high temperature up to 149℃.
Vacuum Performance: Tested units hold 711 mmHg vacuum without leakage in any installation position.
Flow Rate: Rated flow by size:
1" (DN25): 250 L/min, 2" (DN50): 900 L/min, 3" (DN80): 2800 L/min,
4" (DN100): 7000 L/min, 6" (DN150): 14000 L/min, 8" (DN200): 23000 L/min. Actual flow depends on configurations.
Service Life: Premium units support over 500,000 open-close cycles for long service life.
Connection Types: Thread and flange connections. Thread options: BSP, NPT (female & male); flanges comply with ANSI, EN, TW, TTMA, JIS standards for hose assemblies and tank equipment mounting.
Operation Features: Single-handle operation integrates locking, sealing and disconnecting. Built-in mechanical interlock prevents accidental opening to ensure operation safety.

Safe, simple operation: Most configurations use a single-handle mechanism that combines locking, sealing, and disconnection. Additionally, the coupler is equipped with a mechanical interlock to prevent accidental opening during operation.
